Beginning as Chief Engineer (2001-2004), he progressed to roles such as Technical Superintendent at esteemed companies like Fleet Management Pvt and Great Eastern Shipping. Since 2014, Sudhir has excelled as Technical Director at Nautical Marine Management Services. In this capacity, he oversees crucial tasks, including surveys, dry docking, and budgeting, while ensuring compliance with ISM & ISPS standards. His comprehensive background includes pre-purchase inspections, oil major vetting, and strategic planning for short and long-term business goals.
